What remains free?
Chart creation, chart storage, Sync, and access across web, mobile, and desktop on- and offline remain free. Your charts and Sync data stay with you even if you stop using Pro.
Do both options include the same Pro 1 features?
Yes. Both give you the current Pro 1 experience, including Zodiacal Releasing, "Jump to" Point and Aspect finding, future timing techniques, ongoing Pro 1 improvements, and prioritized support.
Will Pro 1 continue to improve?
Yes. Pro 1 continues to receive important fixes, additional features, and improvements that strengthen its practitioner-focused experience.
What happens when a new major Pro version launches?
Pro 1 remains yours with a one-time purchase. A future major Pro version is a separate purchase. Subscribers can use future major Pro versions while their subscription is active.
What happens to my charts if I cancel?
Only Pro functionality ends when your paid period ends. Your charts, chart storage, and Sync data remain available for free forever.
Can I move from the subscription to Pro 1?
Yes. If you switch during a billing period, only the unused portion of the current month can be refunded or applied to Pro 1. Earlier subscription payments do not accumulate as purchase credit.
Are taxes included?
The displayed prices are fixed and include VAT and local taxes where applicable. Local tax treatment may differ outside the EU. VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU can contact us for a manual reverse-charge invoice.
Do you offer a trial or refunds?
There is no "official" free trial, but you can always write us and ask politely for one and we'll gladly take the request under consideration. Also, we do not offer voluntary refunds. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
